Tournament Sign-Up

Register for the Tournament

Registration is only open to full teams of 6. The team captain or representative must sign up every player and pay the $60 total team fee by e-transfer. Payment details and the payment deadline will be sent after signup. Each team must wear its representative color on tournament day to avoid a penalty. Cleats are required, and shin pads are recommended.
